I love this city, with it’s bike paths, recreation and arts communities, delicious food spots and great coffee shops. Each neighbourhood has something interesting to offer, and it is my job to help buyers decide what neighbourhood is the right fit as well as which house. When working with sellers, it is my job to effectively price, position and market homes to maximize the sale price with minimum days on the market. It is always my job to negotiate for my clients and protect their best interests.
