  • Ottawa Real Estate Statistics for April

    April was another good month for real estate in Ottawa, with an average increase in sale price of 3.7% from April 2011 (including condos and freehold homes). Number of sales was up by 2.5% over April 2011. Inventory is up by 6.9% since last year, and interest rates remain low, indicating Ottawa is in a healthy, stable market.

  • Ottawa Market Statistics for March

    The stats are in for March! Ottawa saw an overall increase in residential re-sales of 12.6% this March compared with last March, and an increase in average sales price of 2.1% from last year at this time. Average length of time on the market is shortened again, as is typical for this busy time of year for real estate.
